Jaryn was very responsive, answering very quickly, and was able to answer all our questions. House was very clean.
Huge house, very spacious rooms, quiet neighborhood, close to great cafes and restaurants.
The home is a gorgeous space. Very open, full of light, and beautifully decorated. Check in was easy. Location was close to skiing, restaurants, and a lovely downtown. The house (bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, etc) was stocked with everything we could have needed. We ran into 2 issues, though, one of which Jaryn was able to fix quickly. First, the downstairs shower wasn't working, and soon after, the bathroom sink. The next day, Jaryn was able to come out to the house and fix it. The bigger issue for us was the sauna. When selecting a home to reserve, I ended up picking Jaryn's because of the private sauna included in the title of the listing. My husband and I are exhausted parents and it was Valentine's day. We were very excited. However, the sauna didn't turn on at all. No power to it. Jaryn checked on it when we came out for the water issue and found that he wasn't able to fix it. As compensation, he refunded us for a night of our stay, which we appreciated.
