“I stayed here in late June 2026 (meeting friends at Solid Sound in North Adams). This is a beautiful small home that has been renovated in a modern, tasteful style. It’s well appointed with everything you need. The main feature is the location: literally steps from the gorgeous Cheshire Reservoir. It is extremely quiet and peaceful here and an absolute pleasure to sit outside and be surrounded by natural beauty. There’s plenty of seating outside, a fire pit, and a grill. And a paddle boat and kayaks! If you need supplies there is a Target only 15 minutes away. 25 minutes north is Mass MoCA, an outstanding modern art museum. Other than that, there are countless natural areas to explore all around this location. Jaryn was an amazing host. Very responsive with any questions or concerns. Easy check in / check out. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Jaryn's Airbnb was the perfect home base for exploring the Berkshires. His home is exceptionally clean, well organized, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay, including a well-equipped kitchen that made preparing meals easy. The beds were especially comfortable and provided some of the best nights of sleep we've had while traveling and at home! A heat dome settled over the Berkshires during our time there and Jaryn's air conditioning system kept us very comfortable. The woodworking and craftsmanship in the home provided visual delights and a feel of a Berkshire cabin with luxury. The location was excellent, just a short drive from the many cultural venues, restaurants, and shopping throughout the Berkshires, while still offering a peaceful place to relax at the end of the day. The area's hiking and nature viewing opportunities were abundant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend Jaryn's place to anyone visiting the area.”

“The Friendly Hills house is a very unique property. It is spacious, very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Our party of 4, plus our small dog, was in the Berkshires for a family reunion and the house was perfectly located for our needs. The weather wasn't the best for outside activities, so we were not able to use the yard or fire pit, or take advantage of the passes to Shaker Village. We did visit the Norman Rockwell museum, which I can highly recommend. Jaryn is a very professional host, expert communicator, and responds quickly to his guests.”
