If a pet is brought on the premises without alerting us the reservation will be cancelled.

Parking is VERY TIGHT in Mahkeenac Shores. Please carpool whenever possible. There is only parking FOR TWO CARS MAXIMUM in the driveway. There is no additional parking inside Mahkeenac Shores. Any cars beyond two will need to be parked in the town of Stockbridge.

Beautiful home. Jaryn is a wonderful host - would stay again!
We had a wonderful stay in the Berkshires, helped by nice weather and plenty of nearby places to visit. The cottage is sufficiently equipped but has limited insulation, so it may feel cold in the fall or winter. The lake is easily accessible but only barely visible from the porch. The window A/C provided sufficient cooling for the entire cottage, and the hot water and water pressure were good. Jaryn was responsive to questions, and check-in and key access were easy. The TV is a Roku unit that requires user registration. The living room area was cozy and comfortable, however, the two downstairs beds had soft full-size mattresses that seemed suitable for only one person each. The two upstairs twin beds were in a non-air-conditioned space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location.
Very cute place super close to the lake. The town nearby is also beautiful.
